Conservatories make all the difference to light,
space and flexibility say Ayrshire homebuilder Alexander Morton
Homes.
It's that time of year again. You've dusted off the BBQ and bought
new cushions for the garden furniture. You're all set to entertain
friends al fresco the next balmy summer evening that comes along.
And it rains.
Locally based, new homebuilder Alexander Morton Homes (Scotland)
understands the Ayrshire seaside climate all too well. Which is
just one reason why all seven 4-bed luxury family homes in their
new Sandpiper development at Ardrossan South Beach come complete
with generous conservatories.
The beauty of a conservatory is that we can enjoy the colour, light
and feel of our gardens all year round whatever the weather.
Simply open the door to enjoy those balmy garden scents without
having to grab the cushions and run at the first drops of rain.
And it's not just about bringing the garden inside. 'I'm passionate
about maximising light and space in the houses we build," says
Alex Benson, Sales Director at Alexander Morton.
"As well as conservatories and big bay windows we've incorporated
a sun tunnel feature to bring light onto a spacious gallery landing.
Designer kitchens and bathrooms from Porcelanosa add to the generous
continental feel of the houses. The big kitchen dining rooms have
wide, open access to the conservatory.
"People today want flexible living space and a conservatory
can be whatever you want it to be. That could be a family room;
a special place to dine; an extra sitting room or even a bright,
light-filled home office. It's an individual choice."
